Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we’re now requesting a card be kept on file for all of our salon guests. When someone fails to show up for their appointment or cancels with less than 24 hour notice, our stylists have limited opportunity to fill that time slot and clients on our waitlist have missed their opportunity to receive our services. Please provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.

 

No-show, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the services that were to be provided that day. This ensures that our commission stylists can still be compensated for their time.

 

If you need to modify your appointment in any way (example: you originally booked for a highlight and haircut but decide to only get a haircut), please give appropriate notice. A modification to your appointment with less than 24 hour notice will be considered a same day cancellation and a 50% fee of the original service will be due at the end of the appointment.

 

Please contact Hair Innovations and Day Spa or your stylist directly to cancel/modify/reschedule your appointment. If you text the booking confirmation, your message will not be received.
