On-Site Wedding Services
There are times that your schedule may require our service providers to meet you at the venue or hotel to perform hair and makeup services. Our travel rate is $100 per stylist per hour and includes everything except mileage and gratuity. We pack the products and makeup, arrive at the desired location, set everything up, perform the desired services, then pack it up and take it back to salon with us. Our mileage fee is $0.57 per mile.

In order to get an accurate quote, we'll need to know the total number of hair and makeup services you're requesting ahead of time. Please discuss this with your party before requesting a quote for on-site services. We'll also need to know whether they're bridesmaids, parents of the bride or groom, flower girls, etc as this information can also influence the time we'll need to allot for services. We'll also be asking when everyone will need to be finished by. Please discuss schedules with your photographer so we can plan an accurate start and finish time.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable up until 2 weeks prior to the date of service. At this point, it becomes Non-refundable (to make up for the time off of the stylists books). Since you're paying an hourly rate, the difference will be paid at the completion of service so you're not over or under paying. The rest of the payment can be made to the salon via credit or debit card, or a payment can be sent through Venmo.
