In 8th grade, Fran had a dream that she would one day own a day spa. Years later, an opportunity to make that dream a reality presented itself and she would go on to open Hair Innovations and Day Spa.

Her business has been an active part of the community since it's establishment in 1990. One of the many ways in which the business contributes is through donations. Toys for Tots, after prom events, local school fundraisers, and fundraisers to cover medical or other emergency costs are just a few of the ways in which the salon has given back to the community. 

Fran's biggest joy is mentoring the New Talent in the salon. Having been an instructor at Twin City Beauty College for 20 years, education has, and always will be an essential part of her life and she loves to share that with budding stylists who can quickly grow a successful business after working with her and the team. Her goal is to eventually pass her business on to her staff and watch her legacy continue to flourish.

Fun Fact: Fran loves to relax by spending time at the beach or on her boat!
