The Associate program is ideal for stylists who are new to the industry. As an associate, you'll be working with an educator who will teach you how they built their clientele, help you hone your skills, and teach you fun and advanced techniques that they've acquired over the years. Associates will be invited to all advanced education classes and get monthly coaching sessions to set goals and make plans to achieve them.

 

The Associate Program lasts 3-6 months, but is tailored to the needs of each Associate's education and goals. As an Associate, you will perform shampoo services, finishing services, and color applications side by side with your coaching stylist as well as receive opportunity days where you can take your own clients without your coach. Our goal is to help you seamlessly transition from Associate to Stylist and to provide you with all of the tools necessary to build a successful business! All Associates receive hourly wage plus tips and will have the opportunity to earn commission upon completion of the program.
