Fran is the salon proprietor. Aside from owning Hair Innovations & Day Spa for the last 20 years, she has spent 20 years as a licensed instructor at a local beauty college. Continuing education has been a vital part of her career and one of her favorite passtimes. She specialized in hair color and design. Fran enjoys the beach, boating, and quiet time. Fran uses her quiet time to relate to inspirational and motivational preparation, which she is quite passionate about. I would like to thank you from the deepest part of my heart.
